WA SHRM and its affiliated chapters jointly commit to working together as partners to enhance the practice of human resource management and the effectiveness of HR professionals in the organizations and communities we serve.  

Affiliated Washington State SHRM chapters in good standing are eligible to participate in the revenue share program. For chapters that promote Washington State SHRM educational offerings, a percentage of the net profit will be returned to the chapter for each confirmed affiliated member participating in that event.
